The TechnIQ 27 x 27cm Grill Pan - Commercial grade non-stick - perfect food release. The extra-long handle is well balanced for ease of moving the pan around while cooking. Ideal for the cooktop to the oven - oven safe to 260 degrees C. Stratanium+ non-stick surface provides exceptional searing results with little or no oil. Designed and made in Denmark Suitable for use on all cooktops including induction. Maintenance and care: Before First Use, Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush/cloth. Do not use harsh scourers. Whilst dishwasher safe, Scanpan will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product. Do NOT use excessive high heat.
