H.Blin 2004 Vintage is a wonderfully complex champagne from France. H. Blin & Co. was established in 1947 by respected winemaker, Henri Blin. Today it is a co-operative of more than 100 grape growers situated in and around the little village of Vincelles in the Marne Valley, a sub region of the champagne district. La Maison H. Blin is devoted to quality and thus takes particular care over the wine making process, applying modern methods while rigorously respecting the old rules. A blend of 50% Pinot Meunier; 50% Chardonnay, H. Blin 2004 is the ideal partner for your most extravagant "champagne moments".

H.Blin 2004 makes an exquisite aperitif, paired with lightly fried goose liver, seared scallops, grilled or steamed sea bass and warm oysters.

H.Blin 2004 Vintage has been awarded a Gold Medal at the 2011 Decanter World Wine Awards, after being judged by the world's best wine professionals in the most comprehensive and authoritative wine competition in the world.
