Decidedly hoppy, bitter and strong for an IPA, the Hippo is two tonnes of hoppy goodness in a glass! This beer pours heady and has plenty of rounded caramel biscuit flavours which compliment the trio of staple American hops added late to the kettle. A big beer for the enthusiastic brewer!

We mill all grains included in the kits! The grains will be mixed together during the milling process
