This wine is pale straw in colour, with tinges of green and gold. The bouquet displays grapefruit citrus stone fruit and dried fig notes overlaid with roasted hazelnut, malt and brioche. Subtle gun flint and mineral nuances add complexity to the enticing aromatics. The bouquet follows onto a refined and creamy palate, with flavours of bright citrus layered with roasted nuts and nougat notes. Extended lees maturation has provided a creaminess and richness to the wine. A wine presenting wonderful complexity and freshness with great length of flavour.
