Directions:

  • Fill mug with 200mL of boiled drinking water. Do not use any liquid other than water. For infants and children under 12 years, use lukewarm water
  • Empty contents of one sachet into the mug and stir until the Hydralyte powder has dissolved
  • Once cooled to the appropriate temperature, serve immediately
  • Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist
  • Discard any unused solution
  • 1 sachet = 200mL
