Directions:

• Shake well before use
• To be taken in some liquid (eg. warm water) before or with meals, 3 times daily
• Adults and adolescents from 13 years - take 20 drops (1mL)
• Children 6-12 years - take 15 drops (0.75mL)
• Children 3-5 years - take 10 drops (0.5mL)
