Breathable Upper

The upper of the F-Lite 290 is constructed using mesh fabric that allows air to permeate, ensuring your feet stay cool and comfortable when the temperature starts to rise. Additionally, synthetic materials work in tandem with the laces to provide you with a nice midfoot lockdown fit, keeping you tight within the shoe preventing any unwanted slipping but not tight enough that it makes you feel uncomfortable. Additionally, an internal heel cage wraps around the rear of the shoe and provides added support in the heel when lifting whilst a welded rubber toe bumper protects the toes.

Exteroflow Midsole

Infused with exteroflow, the midsole provides high levels of underfoot cushioning without compromising on ground feel. The cushioning absorbs shock impacts minimising the shock when your foot hits the ground, allowing for a more efficient gait. Explosive power comes in the form of the Powerheel. The Powerheel is 40% denser than the forefoot of the shoe and when combined with an 8mm drop the powerheel provides maximum power and mechanical advantage when lifting weights.
