Place bike on the rack and make sure that the bike frame is supported
Use the bungee to tie it to the foam and poke the tail end through the eye of the bungee head
Secure by pulling tightly into the teeth of the head
For the last loaded bicycle, we recommend a double loop around the foam

Before each journey

Make sure rack is in good, functional condition
Double check that all screws, straps, hooks and padding are secured and tightened properly

During each journey

Periodically check your carrier rack and its load for stability and strap tension for secure attachment to vehicle
Ensure that there is sufficient space for the bikes between vehicle
