The Caremax Knee Wrap Massager uses heat therapy to stimulate blood circulation and vibration to help relieve tension in tendons and muscles. Offering 3 heat modes for different levels of conditioning, as well as convenient timer settings, the fixed point design can be useful in physiotherapy, rehabilitation and hot compresses.

Please note: for best results, use 1 to 2 times per day for 30 minutes each time

Directions:

Wrap the right and/or left massager around one or both knees
Connect the cable between the right and left knee
Connect the power cable with the right knee wrap massager
Power on
Press the "Time" button to turn on the device, then press "Time" to adjust the time for working (10/20/30 minutes)
Knee pads will automatically select the high heat mode, and automatic timing 10 minutes (this can be adjusted according to your needs)
Press "Vibration" button to turn on/off the vibration massage function
Press "Heat" button to choose high/middle/low temperature
Hold down the "Time" button to turn off the device
