Le Pere Jules Poire Pays d'Auge Cider 750ml

Since 1919, on 45 hectares planted with roughly 60 kinds in an orchard of standard trees, producer and sole-harvester of apple cider, Calvados and pear cider. The ciders are 100% pure juice, as are all French ciders or Perry, and no addition of anything other than sulphite is authorised under strict restrictions. It is yellow in colour which is bright and shiny. The pear flavour is crisp and clear, with a floral undertone. This Poire has a lot of refinement and freshness. On the palate, the scents of pear and white flowers emerge as the tasting progresses. It goes well with any seafood or served over ice.
