A'Tivo Spritzed White NV
Judicious flavours of lime, with supporting hints of lemongrass and lychee give lift to the nose and palate whilst still retaining its essential wine-like drinkability. Blended to highlight the citrus line of the Riesling, the floral aromas of the Traminer and the texture is added by the Pinot Grigio. Then complemented by refreshing addition of lime. A gentle spritz is added to accentuate the freshness and lively fruit flavours. Enjoy on its own over ice, or mix it up with a splash of tonic water and freshly sliced lime.

Delicate flavours of raspberry, with supporting hints of blackcurrant and passionfruit give lift to the nose and palate, whilst still retaining an essential wine-like drinkability. Blended to highlight the freshness of the Riesling and the musky raspberry aromas of the Red Frontignac, which are complemented by the refreshing addition of raspberry. A gentle spritz is added to accentuate the freshness and lively fruit flavours. Enjoy on its own over ice, or mix it up with a splash of mineral water & raspberries for something different.
Tollana Padthaway Chardonnay 2017
Produced using Adelaide Hills and Padthaway fruit, this is an expressive Chardonnay with freshness and complexity. Aromas of ripe yellow peaches, honeydew melon, lemon and vanilla waft out of the glass, whilst the palate is generously fruited, with peaches and cream flavours, a rounded mouth feel from the subtle use of oak, and a smooth, satisfying finish. Simply delicious.
