Lyre's Aperitif Dry: Dry and aromatic to taste. Distinct flavours of citrus, anise, fine herbs with a touch of saline to give it balance and length.

Absinthe - Packed with liquorice, anise and lemon, candy, fresh cut herbs including nettle, fennel, wormwood.
