Directions:

  • Empty packet into bowl and add 120mL of almond milk or your choice of nut/coconut milk
  • Mix vigorously and then use hands to form dough into a bowl. Makes approximately 15 pieces.
  • Lightly oil a non-stick tray and push down into 5cm flat cookies
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 12-15 minutes
