The new name for Flora Danica, Aromatic Mesophilic Culture is a gas producing culture which will produce fine air pockets in cheese (if gas is not desired, use Mesophilic Culture). With a shelf life of 24 months when stored in the freezer, each sachet will dose 4 litres of milk.
