Directions:

  • Add 1 heaped scoop to a shaker with 100ml - 150ml of cold water. Shake for 30 seconds until fully mixed.
  • Alternatively, add 1 heaped scoop to 100ml - 150ml of cold water into a mug and whisk with a fork until the mixture dissolves and thickens (approx. 30 - 60 seconds).
