A lovely fresh, fruit-forward unoaked Chardonnay. The nose shows aromas of grapefruit, melons, apples and nectarines, with some grassy notes. Refreshing and crisp with nice complexity and minerality. The grapes are harvested early morning when the temperature is cool. Then picked and cold fermented to capture all the natural fruit aromas and tastes. .
