SET-UP:

• Turn base arena upside down and insert ice blocks
• Once all ice blocks are in, attach arena legs
• Turn arena right-side up
• Place penguin onto ice

HOW TO PLAY:

• On your turn, spin the wheel
• Break the colored ice block that the wheel indicates
• If the ice breaks and the penguin doesn't fall, it's your opponent's turn
• If the penguin falls, you lose
