Directions:

• Prepare your lids with concealer or primer base – we recommend using our Sexy Secret Eye Primer for the stunning colour payoff!
• Matte or Shimmer Eyeshadows: Apply and blend onto lids with your favourite brush, sponge applicator or fingers.
