Morlife's Lemon Lime Alkalising Greens formula contains 19 super greens, fruits and vegetables, plus herbal extracts, key minerals including calcium, magnesium and zinc, prebiotic fibres, probiotics and glutamine. Magnesium helps reduce fatigue and tiredness and Zinc is not only necessary for immune function, but contributes to the regulation of acid-base metabolism and protection from free radicals.

The alkalising potential of Alkalising Greens Lemon Lime has been calculated using a Potential Renal Acid Load (PRAL) scale, a measurement that estimates a foods potential to create acid or alkaline ash residue after it has been digested. Using the PRAL scale, this amazing blend has been shown to be highly alkaline forming, with a PRAL of -63.3.

This food is not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a healthy, varied diet, active lifestyle and an appropriate exercise program. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women. Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.

Directions

Mix 10g (1 heaped teaspoon) of Morlife Alkalising Greens into water, juice, smoothies or food. Can be used up to four times daily. For first time users, start with 1 tsp. a day and gradually increase. Suitable for vegans & vegetarians.
