Directions:

Glutamine

• Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 236mL of water or your favourite sports beverage and consume 1-2 times daily.For optimal results, take 2 servings (2 scoops) daily.
• On workout days, take 1 serving 45-60  minutes before workout and 1 serving 15-30 minutes after your workout.

Protein Powder

• Mix 1 or 2 scoops with 117-354mL (6-12 oz.) of cold water, skim milk or any beverage of your choice. Use between major meals and before and after exercise.
