The combination of premium Chardonnay grapes from different regions with distinct micro-climates gives the wine a very unique flavour profile, starting with intense white peach and nectarine flavours complement with the tart lemon notes that are the hallmark of an Adelaide Hills wine. With aromas of cream and spice on the palate and subtle oak on the finish, this wine is ideal to enjoy on its own or to pair with a smoked salmon or grilled chicken dish.
