Brewing

1. Add around 3 petals to strainer in hot water.
2. Steep for 3 minutes with the cup covered.

Cautionary

Pregnant and breastfeeding women should generally not consume this herbal tea. Excessive consumption of over 5 cups day is also not recommended.
