This nourishing blend of herbs is selected for their nutritive properties, rich in vitamins A, B, C, K and minerals including iron, magnesium and calcium. Usage
- Use 1 teaspoon per cup of nearly boiling water (approx. 850C)
- Allow to brew for 2-3 minutes before drinking
- Delicious served hot, or chilled over ice
- Store out of direct sunlight below 300C
