The Restful Tea is the chamomile tea amongst the Organic Merchant range. It is a calming lemon and lavender based floral tea, for whenever you need to relax and restore. This restful blend of herbs is carefully selected to calm the nervous system and help achieve a peaceful sleep. Fantastic served hot, or chilled over ice. Miron glass only allows violet light (ultraviolet A (UVA), infrared (IR) and violet lights) to penetrate through its surface and blocks out all other visible light within the spectrum that have been known to accelerate the decaying process. Usage

• Use 1 teaspoon per cup of freshly boiled water
