Able to transition from bike pannier to shoulder bag faster than Clark Kent can become Superman the ORTLIEB TWIN-CITY URBAN (9 litre capacity) can be comfortably carried with the shoulder strap and is not revealed as bike pannier at first sight. The sophisticated lid is adjustable in height and can be quickly flapped over to cover the Quick-Lock rail – the "bike component" of the bag.

Room Inside For An Electronic Device Or Two
A zippered outer pocket stows away little items like keys. A second outer sleeve stores the shoulder strap while Twin-City Urban is used on the bike. The bag offers room for a tablet and features an internal organizer with pockets. Twin-City is sustainably produced in Germany and is made of PVC-free Cordura blend.

QL2.1 Mount System
The ORTLIEB QL2.1 system allows fast and easy single-handed mounting and removal of the panniers to almost any carrier. The system is adjustable without requiring any tools, and is suitable for racks with a tube diameters up to 16 mm (hook inserts for diameters of 8, 10 and 12 mm are included). A 20 mm hook is available as optional accessory (article code E193) for carriers with larger diameter.
