Paul John Bold 700mL Bottle

Like most of the Paul John line, Bold is based on a mash bill anchored by locally grown 6-row Indian barley. The difference is that in the case of this fine dram the grain is peated using peat brought to Goa, India all the way from the Isle of Islay in Scotland. This meeting of worlds creates a silky smooth and delicious dram that while possibly a little confusing is pure joy on the tongue. Savoury peat smokiness blends so well with the naturally occurring exotic spice and tropical fruit sweet nature of the Indian whiskey it must be sampled to be completely appreciated.
