Clean and limpid light yellow wine. Crisp and intense aromas of white pulp fruit, ripe apples and apricot, with a mineral twist from the riesling grapes. Good balance in mouth with structure based on a refreshing acidity and good aftertaste

Manual harvest into 20 kg crates. Average yield of 6to 8kg/ha. Selection of grapes during harvest. Mechanical destemming and immediate chilling at 80-100C. Pneumatic pressing. Alcoholic fermentation 100% in stainless steel tanks at 140C. Aging: The wines are mixed and subjected to cold tartaric stabilization followed by filtration and bottling
