Lid Is Flanged Deep To Hold Hot Coals In Place On Top
To improve your cooking results the top of the lid is flanged deep to hold hot coals in place sending heat down into the pot to ensure the contents are cooked perfectly. If you don't already have one, a CAMPFIRE LID LIFTER (sold separately) will work well with the spring-loaded handle attached to the sides when wanting to remove the pot safely from the heat.
