1 x TURBO TRIPLE DISTILLED YEAST
Turbo Triple Distilled represents a revolutionary breakthrough in Turbo Yeast development allowing real commercial quality spirits to be made for the first time from a single distillation pass.
INGREDIENTS:
Yeast, yeast nutrient, bentonite, activated silicon dioxide

1 x TURBO CARBON
Add with any Turbo Yeast for a clean smooth spirit.
Turbo Carbon is essential for removing impurities during fermentation. It has a unique activated internal pore structure which removes impurities that are not taken out by post distillation filtration
1 x pack is sufficient to treat 25 - 30L
INGREDIENTS:
Water, activated carbons, xantham gum, preservative (sulphur dioxide) - Contans sulphites

1 x TURBO CLEAR
Within 24 hours Turbo Clear removes over 90% of the yeast and other unwanted
compounds from the wash. Without Turbo Clear yeast cells will break open during
boiling introducing off flavour and smell into your distillate.

Finings Part A:
Once fermentation is complete stir the wash vigorously to remove all the gas.
Once degassed add the contents of Finings A, stir well to mix then leave to stand for one hour.

Finings Part B:
After one hour stir the wash very gently and add Finings B whilst stiring. Stop stirring as soon as all the Finings B has been added. Do not stir vigorously as this will disrupt the cleaning process. Leave to stand for 24 hours before carefully removing the clear wash for distilling.

1 x pack is sufficient to treat 25L of wash or wine.
