There are a few tiny corners of OZ we can’t get to — any island smaller than Tassie is a bit of an issue, we don’t deliver deliver to PO Boxes — but if you're anywhere else, we will find you.
Exchanges and refunds
If you receive a Product that you are unhappy with for whatever reason, simply request an exchange or refund and return the Product to Funtastic in the condition that you received it and we will exchange it or refund you the purchase price. Subject to any Non-Excludable Obligations (see below), exchanges and refunds of full priced items must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.

If you claim a refund, it will be processed within 30 days of us receiving the returned Product. If you have requested an exchange, the delivery time for the replacement Product will be the same as stated for the original Product.
Cost of return delivery
If you receive Products that are damaged, defective or if the incorrect item is delivered to you, we will cover the cost of the return delivery as well as the cost of shipping the replacement Product back to you (if you have asked for an exchange). If you would like to return a Product because you have changed your mind about it, for example you are not happy with the way it looks or the way it works, then you must pay for the cost of returning the item to us.
