About Rocket Espresso
The Rocket story goes back to the early 1990's when espresso machine engineer Ennio Berti resigns from one of Italy's major espresso machine manufacturing companies. He believes the world is ready for a coffee revolution - a commercial quality domestic espresso machine. Starting at the very end of the process (the perfect cup of coffee), Ennio works back to create the ultimate espresso machine, and Andrew and Daniele have continued with this process. Rocket coffee machines not only look and are finished beautifully, they are well thought of and designed to have a modern heart inside a traditional looking yet simple exterior. They have worked hard to keep flashy digital displays away from visible sight in order for the machine to be at one with the barista, allowing the barista to be present in the beautiful moment that is making espresso coffee.
Common questions:
- Are your machines pre-tested? Yes, our machines are bench-tested by the Australian Importer. This is done to test issues haven't occured on transport from Europe. On high end and technically more complicated machines we bench test and calibrate the machines ourselves to your desired specifications. We can discuss this with you on purchase.
- What is the warranty on machines? All new machines sold by Coffee Parts have a 12-month back to base parts and labour warranty.
- Can the machines be financed? We use both Flexirent and Silverchef for machine finance. Call for more information 1300 129 129
### Specifications
In the industry we use these guides as the basic sizes that barista coffee milk jugs / milk pitchers come in eg. 350ml / 600ml / 900ml etc, in most cases they won’t fill to these exact volumes they are just indicators for comparing jug sizes. We have measured all jugs and complied approximate jug size based on water and milk, with recommended milk maximum fills generally to the base of the pour spout.
