Ron Zacapa XO Rum 700mL Bottle

Ron Zacapa XO Rum is one dram that you should always buy two bottles of. One to share and one to hoard in your private stock. Aged high in the Sierra Madre Mountains of Guatemala, it is a blending of rums that have been aged six to 25 years in a mix of Pedro Ximenez, American whiskey and delicate sherry casks. Zacapa XO is then further aged in French oak cognac barrels. The result is full flavoured rum that has a little bit of a bite but no burn, is rich in molasses, spice and banana leaf notes and is simply too good to waste in cocktails.
