Designed to fit any large Scanpan roaster, this sturdy 18/10 stainless steel Scanpan roasting rack cradles your meat and poultry, promoting even cooking and browning in the oven. The rack also allows fluids and fats to drip off of the roast.

Please note: Handles are now rectangular to match the shape of the roaster.
