Scotch-Brite Quick Clean Griddle Liquid is safe for use on food contact surfaces and is designed to be used on medium hot griddles (300 - 350°F). It does not include caustic soda or potash, so it will not emit the strong chemical odors found with other griddle cleaners and does not require rinsing with water after use. It is formulated with ingredients that are considered “Generally Recognized As Safe” (GRAS) in food by the U. S. FDA.
