Directions:

Adults: Take the contents of 1-2 sachets daily.
Pregnant women: Take the contents of 2 sachets daily.
Children 2-12 years: Take the contents of 1 sachet daily.

Spatone® liquid iron can be taken any time of the day. Some foods, drinks or medicines may inhibit iron absorption, so it is best to take Spatone® liquid iron on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before meals) for optimal absorption.
