The Speedfil Micro Retractor is great addition to hands free drinking. Compatible with all your Speedfil hydration systems, it allows the rider to pull the drink tube up to 61 cm (24 inches) from the handlebars, take a drink, and then release. With up to 170 grams (6 oz) of force, this retractor snaps back inside the keeper with no hesitation. The Speedfil Micro-Retractor utilises a Spectra/Nylon line and has an 18 kg (40 lb) breaking strength to withstand even the most aggressive off-road riding. And this is NOT just an off-the-shelf key retractor either. It’s been purpose built to not only survive saltwater and military applications, but it is also specifically designed to clean itself by flushing out sand, mud and other debris so it continues to perform perfectly and continuously every time.
