A bodyboard for those who prefer to get up on the knee! We've kept the basics but made a few little modifications to the Slasher SS. Our template has remained the same - a classic DK Shape suitable for most riders.

Main feature that sets this out from the rest is the Vax Trax Rail system. This gives a bit of extra hold which is super handy when up on the knee, but still releases when you want to whip it through some turns. Feedback on this feature on a DK board has been amazing. We've also added a Top Chine rail to the mix to freshen up the look a little!

Weve kept the Trident Stringer System. Having the Triple stringer where your back knee sits helps to give extra stiffness through the mid-section which basically translates into improved drive and durability. On the bottom, we've kept the AKU Shaped double hull concave. This splits the water flow into double channels to create a looser ride, allowing flowing turns when transitioning from rail to rail. We've also kept with the traditional Full Crescent tail. Smaller pegs = more hold!.

**Suggested Bodyboard Sizing:**As a general guide, a bodyboard should go to the rider's belly button. Apart from that, there are no hard and fast rules when it comes to choosing the correct size board. Generally bigger boards are faster, but not as easy to control, and generally suited to smaller waves and beginners. On the other hand smaller boards are a bit harder to generate speed, however, have greater control and are ideal for bigger waves and more advanced riders. As a guide, please refer to the table below. If you're a beginner, you are probably best suited to a size in which you fall in the lower end of the weight range. ie. 40kg beginner would be best suited to 38", not 36".
