A strong aniseed flavoured spirit popular with Greeks the world over.
Add this essence to 2.25 Litres of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka. Makes three 750ml (25fl oz) bottles. Shake well before use.
Ingredients: Water, natural identical ouzo flavour.
