Directions:

  • Adults: 
    • Common cold symptom relief: take 2 tablets daily
    • Mild tonsillitis, sinusitis and upper respiratory tract infections: take 2 tablets daily
    • Immune support: take 1 tablet daily
    • Take during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional
