The T-1000 is one scary dude. Made of a mimetic liquid metal, this Terminator can rapidly shape shift, mimicking the appearance and voice of anyone it chooses - on top of that he can move through small openings, morph it's limbs into bladed weapons and mimic metal textures. Bullets don't seem to phase it, and nothing can stand in it's way.
