As seen on Shark Tank - Third Wave Water's patent-pending formula is designed to turn a gallon of distilled water into the perfect water for brewing your favorite coffees. It's based on the popular SCAA-approved water standards, with a focus on optimized flavor for "third wave" style beans.
Each packet contains a patent-pending blend of magnesium sulfate, calcium citrate, and sodium chloride. Simply add the contents of a capsule to a gallon of distilled or reverse osmosis water, shake to dissolve, and you're ready to brew!
We recommend using the Classic Formula for manual brewing, and the Espresso Formula (which contains additional bicarbonates) for espresso machines, pod machines, and auto drip.
Please note that you will still need to descale and maintain your equipment as normal when using Third Wave Water.
