The Old Winery Chardonnay is a modern take on traditional Chardonnay style. Harvested slightly earlier tomaintain natural acidity and freshness, the wine received minimal oak and was matured on yeast lees to gainextra texture and complexity.
A medium bodied wine with aromas of stone fruit and subtle vanillin oak. The palate is generously flavoured withwhite peach citrus characters and a clean, crisp finish.
Serve slightly chilled. An deal accompaniment to a wide variety of cuisines such as seafood, vegetarian, chicken andcreamy sauce pasta dishes.
