Tasting Notes
Fermented and matured entirely in stainless steel tanks, the wine underwent a small amount of lees contact toadd richness and texture to the palate. The wine was bottled relatively early to retain its aromatics and freshness.
Serve chilled. An ideal accompaniment to fresh seafood and spicy Asian dishes.
