USGI M9 Bayonet Sheath

The M9 sheath (and bayonet) was officially adopted by the US military in 1986. Its primary feature is to protect a M9 bayonet which it does very well. Made from a very thick, high quality plastic it will keep your blade safe from any knocks. The back has screws along with slits either side to attach a drop leg mount. Finally the tip has a metal attachment that is designed to cut barbed wire when combined with a M9 bayonet which essentially forms a pair of scissors. A great piece for any collectors of modern issue gear or for any knife training exercises.
