To be more precise on the origin of our “lieuxdits”, the name of this cuvée is “Monts de Vertus”. It is made solely from Chardonnay grapes, from our own plots, all over sixty years old located on mid-slopes, growing on pure chalk soils perfect for a long maturation. The style is very neat, mineral and saline.
