Directions

Add 2 level scoops of Vida Glow Beauty Protein to 250ml of water or beverage of your choice. If using an alternative beverage, it is recommended to use one that does not contain added refined sugars such as coconut water or a plant-based milk. Keep in mind this will change the nutritional profile of your drink.
Shake or blend well.
