Has delicate, fresh cherry fruit flavours on the palate with a hint of spice and savoury characters. This wine has a beautiful palate weight and great mouth feel; it has a lovely textural quality while still having a dry finish with the tiniest hint of tannin astringency. Like the Rosés from Provence in the south of France, this is a superb wine that can be enjoyed on its own but is definitely good to serve with food. Best enjoyed as young wine.
