White Bay Beer Co is an independent Aussie craft brewery on the Balmain Peninsula, just a short ride across the ANZAC Bridge from Sydney CBD. White Bay Reefed IPA is a 7.1% ABV, absurdly tasty oat laden IPA that goes through an arduous and lengthy multi-step mash process, and is packed to the gills with Mosaic and Riwaka hops, producing an India Pale Ale that is rich with aromas and flavours of pineapple gummy bears, fresh lychee, mango sorbet and the faintest whisper of that sweet, sticky dank stuff. Yuuuuum!
