Women of the World - 2021 Wall Calendar

Featuring 12 women of colour who rewrote the rules.

In a time when women are grabbing the spotlight, it's also time for a calendar that inspires the current and next generation of women who go against the grain by challenging the status quo.

In the Women of the World Calendar, we present a collection of 12 inspiring women who have rewritten the rules in the art, film, political and literary worlds. In the interest of bringing to light women of colour in particular, the 2021 calendar showcases the likes of Liv Little, Yalitza Aparicio Martinez and Ayesha McGowan.

The calendar is illustrated by a single artist whose bold approach make the calendar not only inspiring but art-like in its style. The 2021 illustrator is London-based Nadia Akingbule. Her portraits are based on photographs that best represent the women's personalities and take inspiration from their backgrounds. Each month will feature one woman, one inspirational quote and information about their lives.
