The Yalumba Eden Valley Chardonnay is almost delicate in appearance and flavours, It's a pale green-gold in colour, with refreshing grapefruit aromas and tangy lemon curd flavours. Notes of white stone fruit and aromatic citrus blossom finish out the flavour profile. This is a medium-bodied wine, with a well-integrated fruitiness and a steely grapefruit-driven acidity. A short, tart finish with a hint of butter competes for the sip. Pair Yalumba Eden Valley Chardonnay with roasted chicken with candied orange peel sauce or a flaky whitefish.
